Description : A luxury family house of interior space 630 sq m.  This site in Larnaca boasts 1.650 sq m of land.  We aim to keep geometries at there most simplicity where an 'L' shape divides the kitchen from the Living area on the Ground floor while the Parents room is divided from the childrens rooms on Level 1.

During the winter the glass acts as a barrier between the inside and outside 

giving a sense of comfort from the cold. In the Summer the glass disappears so as to create a sense of oneness with the archtiectural elements and nature.
