Description : Multi level compact housing of 200sq m interior space that is surrounded by a local micro-cosmos. The aim is to create a strong boundary between the city and the housing and this is achieved through an external brick skin , that is strategically permeable in local hot spots. This skin allows for reducing the noise pollution and at the same time enables total privacy and a potential of exterior spaces including The Courtyard, The Pool Area and The Sky Garden.

This is a system that can adapt to any specifications that are given to the architect, and thus can house for a family or for a single bachelor according to the parameters that will be implemented on the design.
